TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) determine the rights and obligations between the Buyer and AS Vegetein (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the order of delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to selling.

1.2. By confirming the rules, the buyer proves that, based on them, he has the right to buy goods in the vegetein.com online store.

1.3. You have the right to order goods from the Vegetein.com online store:

1.3.1. real persons with legal capacity, i.e. persons of legal age whose legal capacity has not been limited;

1.3.2. minors from fourteen to eighteen years of age only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except for cases where they dispose of their income independently;

1.3.3. legal entities;

1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the aforementioned persons.

2. The moment of signing the purchase-sale contract, the process of purchasing goods

2.1. The contract is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer when the Buyer has added the item to the shopping cart on the website, provided the delivery address, familiarized himself with these regulations and confirms the order by ticking the “I agree with the purchase regulations” window. The confirmation is valid until the obligations specified in this agreement are fully fulfilled.

2.2 In order to purchase goods, you must select the appropriate option from the menu of product categories on the website www.vegetein.com. To get to the product page, you have to click on the image of the appropriate product. The product page has an “Add to basket” button, after which the selected product is added to the virtual shopping basket. In the shopping cart, there is a “Checkout to complete purchase” button to finalize the purchase, this action takes the Buyer to the “Checkout” web page for adding billing data and delivery information to confirm the order. You can pay for the goods using a suitable bank link or credit card. Payment is made through the Montonio payment solution.

2.3 Billing is done in euros.

3. Buyer’s rights

3.1 The buyer has the right to order goods from the online store, guided by the terms of the Rules and the legal provisions of the Republic of Estonia.

3.2. The exchange, return or elimination of defects is carried out in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia “Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods”.

4. Obligations of the buyer

4.1. The buyer is obliged to pay the price of the goods and additional services (delivery, entry, etc.) and accept the goods in accordance with the procedure specified in these regulations.

4.2. If the data provided by the Buyer in the delivery information box has changed, he must update it immediately by contacting customer support.

4.3. The buyer undertakes to comply with the requirements set forth in these regulations and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

4.4. By confirming these Rules, the buyer agrees that his personal data will be processed for the purpose of selling the goods and services of the Vegetein online store.

5. Seller’s rights

5.1. If the Buyer tries to damage the stable operation of the online store and damages its security or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit, suspend or terminate his right to use the online store immediately and without prior warning.

5.2 The seller has the right to interrupt the operation of the online store temporarily or indefinitely, without prior notice.

6. Responsibilities of the seller

6.1. If the Seller cannot deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer, he undertakes to offer the Buyer similar goods. If the buyer refuses to return the money paid by the buyer within 14 (fourteen) days to the current account used for payment. In this case, the Seller is not responsible for non-delivery of the goods.

6.2. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if:

6.2.1. The buyer does not pay for the goods within 1 (one) working day

6.2.2. The buyer does not pay the prepayment of the specified amount within 1 (one) working day

6.3. When paying by installments, you must follow the rules for purchasing goods with installments established by the bank.

7. Product quality guarantee

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the real dimensions, shape or color of the goods due to the characteristics or settings of the Buyer’s computer screen.

7.2. In the event that the Seller does not provide a quality guarantee for certain types of goods, the guarantee established by the relevant legal provision shall apply.

8. Price of goods and payment procedure

8.1. The Seller reserves the right to demand partial or full advance payment from the Buyer.

9. Delivery of goods

9.1. The seller is obliged to hand over the goods to the buyer at the time previously agreed between the parties. The buyer agrees that in special cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the seller. In this case, the Seller must contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery of the goods.

9.2. The buyer must check the condition, quantity, quality and completeness of the goods upon receipt.

9.3. The Seller is released from liability in case of violation of the deadline for the delivery of the goods in all cases, if the goods have not been delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances dependent on the Buyer.

9.4. The goods are delivered to the customer by DPD Eesti AS services (courier or DPD parcel van)
